By accessing or using Orbit Mail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Orbit Mail is an email client application that allows you to connect and manage multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud) through a unified interface. The Service includes AI-powered features for email organization, analysis, and composition.
To use Orbit Mail, you must create an account with a unique username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, malware, or any unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
When you connect an email provider to Orbit Mail, you authorize us to access your email data through that provider's API for the purpose of syncing and displaying your messages. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the provider from within the app.
Orbit Mail includes AI-powered features that may process your email content to provide summaries, suggested replies, and organizational assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge that portions of your email content may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only, and you are responsible for reviewing any content before sending.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orbit Mail and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your email content remains your property.
Orbit Mail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of emails, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by disconnecting all providers and contacting us.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
